Hours: Full time | 37.5 hours per week – No Sundays

Important Requirement
You must have a minimum of 12 months’ experience working within optics. Applications without this will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Dispensing to a wide range of patients
- Carrying out pre‑screening tests confidently
- Frame styling, fittings, adjustments, and collections
- Advising on suitable lens and frame options
- Supporting reception and general admin duties
- Maintaining high standards of patient care throughout the journey
- Actively contributing to business growth and customer engagement

Qualifications
- Experience across both independent and multiple optical settings would be highly advantageous
- Strong dispensing and pre‑screening knowledge with confidence in delivering excellent patient care
- Naturally charismatic, with the ability to build instant rapport and deliver a first‑class customer experience
- Proactive and self‑motivated, with the initiative to stay busy and support both patient flow and business growth
- Strong sales ability, with confidence in recommending and upselling lens and frame options
