• Create a safe, empowering environment for those you support.
• Be flexible to travel and work across different locations as needed.

• Good listening skills with excellent communication.
• Calm, resilient and positive, even when challenges arise.
• Willing and able to work flexible shifts reliably.
• Access to a vehicle is preferred but public transport is acceptable.
• Happy to cover different shift patterns across locations.
• Full training will be provided for new entrants to care.
