IMMEDIATE START Home Care Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently in their own homes? Do you want to join a friendly, supportive care team that truly values you? We are expanding our community care services across Rhyl, Prestatyn and surrounding areas and are looking for dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our growing team.

What you’ll do

• Provide person‑centred care and support to adults in their own homes
• Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, companionship and community access
• Build meaningful relationships with people and help them achieve their personal goals
• Promote independence, dignity and choice at all times
• Work in a professional, reliable and compassionate manner

What you’ll need

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car – essential
• Caring, reliable and patient nature
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to undertake training (including mandatory care training)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• DBS check (can be completed during recruitment)
• Right to work in the UK
