Are you a qualified Pharmacist, or a Pharmacist with an Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification, passionate about delivering high-quality patient care?

We’re working with a respected pharmacy group operating across Scotland, currently seeking a dynamic Pharmacist to join their team in Thurso.

Accommodation is included as part of the package.

Salary based on average 44.5 hours per week (including alternate Saturday).

Key Duties

• Dispense/prescribe medications safely and effectively, adhering to legal and professional standards
• Use clinical judgment to make informed decisions, considering patient history, allergies, comorbidities, and preferences
• Benefit from a supportive environment with centralised dispensing and accuracy checkers, allowing you to focus on clinical care
• If an Independent Prescriber, deliver patient‑focused services in line with the Pharmacy First Plus initiative, with additional financial incentives for enhanced care

Package and Benefits

• Starting salary £52,500 – £56,500 (with an IP supplement), with a 6‑month performance review for potential salary increase based on KPIs

Skills and Qualifications

• MUST be a qualified, GPhC‑registered Pharmacist in the UK (essential)
• Independent Prescriber qualification beneficial
• Strong clinical decision‑making skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
