Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Complex Needs Assistant to join a vibrant school in Greenwich, working with children aged 4-11.
About the Role
Position: Complex Needs Assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:30pm
Location: Greenwich. This school provides exceptional support for children with ADHD, autism, challenging behaviour, and medical conditions. All pupils have a healthcare plan, with some requiring tube feeding or personal care assistance.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs.
- Assist with personal care, healthcare needs, and classroom activities.
- Work closely with teachers and healthcare professionals to support each child’s learning and well-being.
- Manage challenging behaviour with confidence and understanding.
