We are looking for a Care professional, with a compassionate heartwho want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team inKensingtonand Chelsea.As a Caregiver, you will be able to provide an environment where ourclients can live as independent as possible in their own homewith your support.
Responsibilities may include:
- Companionship
- Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops
- Meal preparation and light housework
- Buildingstrong professional relationships
- Assistance with personal care and taking medications
What does being a Caregiver involve?
- Minimum 1-hour visits
- Introductions to all new clients
- Caregivers matched to clients based on hobbies and interests.
- Visiting the same Clients for continuity of care and to allow you to buildmeaningful relationships
