About the Role

We are looking for an independent, talented Patient Services Representative to provide customer support to our customers using our equipment. The role is based in Watford and will be worked on a hybrid basis. You will support clients in Sweden using our devices for diabetes care and be part of a wider team that speaks various languages, offering a truly global opportunity within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provides advice and support to customers, dealers, distributors and sales personnel answering product-related questions and delivering safe and reliable technical support.
  • Accurately and consistently documents customer feedback and troubleshooting completed during calls.
  • Ensures on- or above-target compliance with call quality standards and manages time effectively by prioritizing calls, follow‑up, and administrative tasks to meet team and individual KPIs.
  • Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

Qualifications

  • Swedish required, together with English (both written and oral).
  • Full job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
  • Effective multi‑tasking (navigating between programs to access customer data and input text during calls).
  • 1–2 years of work experience in a customer service environment.
