Living & Working in Shetland is seeking a Senior Social Care Worker – Supervisor to provide direct support to individuals and ensure high standards of care delivery. You will promote individuals’ independence through person-centred support, ensuring compliance with legislation and national guidance.

The position offers permanent full and part-time posts. Candidates must be flexible and able to travel throughout Shetland and must register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) upon starting.
