Youth Empowerment & Community Resource Specialist

BCP Council is seeking a Community Resource Worker for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This role supports children and young people in constructive activities to deter knife crime, builds confidence, and helps them progress toward independence.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and be able to work flexible hours. Responsibilities include providing hands-on experience in various skill sets and managing challenging behaviours while supporting youth development.
