- £12.60 per hour
- Full-time (37.5 hrs) and Part-time (22.5 hrs) roles available

Shift Patterns
We offer a varied rota across 24/7, with advance scheduling:
- Day Shifts: 7am–8pm or 9am–10pm
- Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm–7am (or 5:30am if needed)
- Wake Nights: 7pm–9am or 9am–9pm
Flexibility is essential – please only apply if you’re available across different shifts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Full UK driving licence – required to drive company vehicles
You’ll support individuals with non-verbal communication and challenging behaviours, helping them live more independently and confidently. Experience is helpful—but not essential. We’ll train and support you every step of the way.
