Rainbow Care Solutions are recruiting a part‑time HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist to support our D2A Reablement Service across Hereford and the surrounding areas. This is a 20‑hour/week, 12‑month fixed‑term contract, starting in May 2026, focused on supporting our clients to safely regain independence using a dong with, not doing for approach.
