About the Role

We are currently recruiting Agency Support Workers to support a newly established supported living service for individuals with mental health needs in the Burton-Upon-Trent area.This is a great opportunity to work within a small, well-supported environment, providing day-to-day support to residents in a calm and structured setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out welfare checks and providing emotional support
• Building positive relationships with residents
• Supporting with day-to-day activities
• Assisting with medication counting (no administering required)
• Updating notes and records on internal systems
• Working as part of a team (no lone working)

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for reliable, proactive individuals who:

• Have experience in support work and/or mental health settings (preferred)
• Have a basic understanding of mental health needs
• Are calm, engaging, and confident
• Take initiative and are happy to get involved with residents
• Can adapt quickly in a new service

Desirable:

• Mental Health training
• First Aid training
• Experience working in supported living settings
