Our client is seeking a committed and experienced Lead Practitioner who is passionate about delivering high‑quality care. You will play a key role in supporting the management team, leading by example, and developing junior staff while ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently met.
You will be confident in managing challenging behaviours, contributing to care planning, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills are essential.
