Role Details
Position Duration: Permanent
Role Type: Support/Care Worker
County: Norfolk
Shift Patterns: Long day shifts 12–14 hours, typically between 8am and 10pm. Sleep‑in shifts may also form part of this role.
Additional shifts: Female – 21 Hour Days shift; Male – 30 Hour Nights shift.
Responsibilities
You will support individuals with a range of needs, which may include:
- Acquired brain injuries
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Physical disabilities
- Mental health needs

The area is a vibrant tourist destination, particularly lively in the summer.
