Job Description:
Brighton- is looking for a permanent Hospital Social Worker at Mill View Hospital, Hove. You will support adults and older patients, collaborate with the Discharge Team, and ensure statutory duties under the Care Act are met.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and the Mental Capacity Act, providing crucial assessments and advice to maintain patients’ independence. The role includes a commitment to strengths-based practice and working collaboratively on the ward.
