About the Facility
Bluebell House is a characterful period property located within walking distance of Wokingham town centre, the railway station and local shops. We provide support to older people living with dementia and nursing care for people aged 65 and over who are living with long‑term health conditions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest standards of person‑centred care are delivered at all times by undertaking accurate assessment and planning of care, delivery and ongoing evaluation of the care plans.
- Carry out nursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions.
- Commit to acting in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and maintaining registration requirements.
- Act as a team player to supplement the staffing team, motivated and approachable to all levels of care staff.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year working in a nursing home as a qualified nurse RGN.
