Healthcare Support Trainee — Path to Band 3

NHS Lothian is looking for a Band 3 Trainee Healthcare Support Worker in Edinburgh. This non-entry-level trainee role requires some relevant experience and involves undertaking educational and clinical competencies to handle full Band 3 duties.

While in training, employees will be paid at a Band 2 level and can progress to Band 3 pay scale ideally within 9–12 months of starting.
