Senior Support Worker

Aim Recruitment is recruiting Senior Support Workers for our client based in Newhaven.

Job Role

As a Senior Support Worker you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference within a child’s life by providing care, support, and supervision.

• Create positive relationships with young people, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
• Guide and support all support workers while providing excellent communication to the Registered Manager on the performance and needs of everyone.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
• At least 2 years of experience within Residential Childcare working alongside young people.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Salary between £26,800 – £30,500 (Dependent on sleep‑ins).
