Job Description
Title: Care Assistant – Community Visits
Location:Heathfield
Salary: £14 p/h – Enhanced rate on weekend and BH
- Minimum 1 hour visit- time to care and connect
- Paid training, client introduction and shadowing visits

Roles and Responsibility as a Care Assistant
- Companionship– spending quality time with your client, and being a friendly, familiar face.
- Home Help/ Meal Preparation – assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, cooking simple meal or prepare their ready meals.
- Medication Support – reminding or assisting with taking medications.
- Personal Hygiene – supporting with dressing, undressing, toileting and bathing.
- Getting Out and About – accompanying them to the shops, a café, garden centre, or just a walk for fresh air.
Qualifications
Skill set for a Care Assistant
- Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with clients in a friendly manner.
- Flexibility for alternative weekend.
- UK full driving licence and a reliable car.
