Autism Support Worker – Casual Relief, Flexible Shifts

Autism East Midlands is looking for 2 Casual Relief Support Workers at our Bolsover site to support autistic adults in developing independent living skills. The role offers flexible shifts, including early, late, and weekend options. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

The successful candidates will ensure high standards of care, maintain cleanliness, and foster positive relationships with service users and families. We offer 25 days of holiday, occupational sick pay, and an extensive induction with specialist training.
