The role requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to cover various shifts including days, weekends, and evenings.

As part of the district nursing team, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in community settings, manage your own workload, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Training will be provided for clinical tasks such as administering medications, wound care, and skin condition management.
