Electrician in Birmingham

Electrician – Birmingham (Domestic Social Housing contract)

Job Description

The role involves carrying out EICRs, testing, inspection and associated remedials within predominantly occupied local authority or social housing properties. You will complete the condition report and any C1 & C2 remedials.

Hours

Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week.

Pay

£240 per day (CIS). Pay may also be offered at a price from SORs.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.
• 2391 or 2394/95 test and inspection certificate.
• Knowledge of the 18th Edition wiring regulations.

Other

Own vehicle and tester required.
