Industrial Electrician

Zenith are supporting a well‑established business who are looking for time served Industrial Electricians to work on a short‑term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and can hit the ground running.

The role responsibilities:

• Carrying out plant relocations.
• Decommissioning and commissioning electrical equipment.
• Assessing condition of wiring and components.
• Supporting mechanical removal.
• Protecting electrical components.
• Updating schematics.
• Reinstalling power and control wiring.
• Reconnecting automation systems.
• Power‑up and functional testing.

Person specification:

• Must be time served.
• Have a strong understanding of industrial power systems.
• Have experience working on plant relocations.
• Hold a valid JIB, CSCS/ECS and EMSS card.
• Hold a valid IPAF certificate.
• Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• PLC and automation familiarity.
