CNC Operator – Late Shift

Location: Witney, Oxfordshire. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 3pm-1am | 38 hours. Pay: Premium pay and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC milling and turning machines.
• Loading programs and checking machines are running correctly.
• Inspecting parts using measuring equipment and gauges.
• Monitoring tooling and carrying out tool changes when needed.
• Deburring, engraving and preparing machined parts.
• Supporting machine changeovers and maintaining workshop standards.

Skills & Experience

• Previous CNC machining or machine shop experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tolerances.
• Experience using measuring and inspection equipment.
• Milling and turning knowledge.
• Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work.
• A team‑focused attitude.
