Maintenance Electrician – Trained as a TEGG Technician – Greenwich

My client is a commercial fit out contractor that carries out work for corporate clients throughout London. They are looking to take on someone that comes from a Maintenance Electrician background and train them into a TEGG Technician. This is an incredible opportunity to be trained in a specialist role in a fast-growing sector and become one of the only Technicians in the UK.

They will also cover costs for the training which will take place in the US!

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical testing, fault finding, repairs, and maintenance
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance on client sites
• Diagnose faults and minimise repeat call-backs
• Complete service reports and maintain high service standards
• Manage assigned jobs/contracts efficiently and safely
• Communicate clearly with customers on work completed and future recommendations

Ideal Candidate

• A qualified Electrician with maintenance experience
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of electrical regulations and safe systems of work
• Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, software systems)
• Full UK Driving Licence

Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Greenwich / City of London
• Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
