THE ROLELEGGWORK are recruiting a 2nd Fix Carpenter for a commercial refurbishment project in Harwell, Oxfordshire. The job involves primarily completing 2nd fix carpentry works including door sets, skirtings, and window boards.
Working Hours: Standard site hours apply Monday to Friday.
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime will become available as the project progresses, including Saturdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install door sets accurately and efficiently
- Fit skirting boards and window boards to a high standard
- Carry out all aspects of 2nd fix carpentry
- Work independently and as part of a wider site team
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
- Ensure work is completed to specification and deadlines
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a 2nd Fix Carpenter
- Own tools and PPE
- Valid CSCS card preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively on a busy refurbishment projectReliable and punctual attitude
