Bideford | Permanent | Full-Time | £17 per hour | Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm | Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a bespoke joinery company based in Bideford for a Workshop Joiner to join their expanding team.

This is a workshop-based role manufacturing high-quality bespoke joinery and cabinetry for commercial interior projects.

Key Duties

• Manufacture bespoke joinery and cabinetry to a high standard.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
• Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous workshop joinery experience essential.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of workshop health and safety practices.
