Fire Door Surveyor/Joiner

DCS require an experienced surveyor to carry out fire door inspections in care homes across the Cheshire area. You will hold FDIS or equivalent certification for inspection of fire doors and have a sound understanding of BM-Trada standards.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of carrying out a similar role and be experienced using Bolster software to capture all survey info.
You will also be required to carry out remediation works to fire doors where necessary so a background in joinery is essential. It is desirable you will also hold NVQ2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery.
This opening will start W/C 4th May and hours of work are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. It’s anticipated the role will be a long term requirement.
