What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain slitting machines to convert printed or plain film rolls to precise specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, alignment, and finish.
• Set up machine parameters for different materials and widths.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Work collaboratively with the print and lamination departments to meet production targets and deadlines.

About You:

• Experience as a slitter operator or in a similar role within flexible packaging, converting, or print finishing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow technical specifications and job sheets.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and quality-driven.
• Willing to work rotating shifts or flexible hours (if applicable).
