Role Responsibilities

• Work closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and repair vehicles to get them back on the road, or arrange workshop return if necessary.
• Identify problems and advise the customer on vehicle issues.
• Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and vehicle diagnostics.
• Act as the face of the business and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; ideally Level 3.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong all‑round technical experience – maintenance, technical, electrical, and diagnostic.
