What does the role look like:

• Develop, fabricate, and assemble sheet‑metal components using a range of fabrication tools and machinery, including rollers, press brakes, and guillotines.
• Carry out high‑quality TIG welding on stainless‑steel sheet, mesh, and other metals.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy in all manufactured components.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively to the wider team environment.
• Complete all required internal and external training to maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer standards.
• Ensure all products meet internal quality standards as well as customer‑specific requirements.
• Undertake physical tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and handling heavier materials.

What we’re looking for:

• Trained to Level 3 or equivalent (City & Guilds) in sheet‑metal fabrication and welding.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication role.
• Ability to work well within a team and a track record of reliability and delivering high‑quality work.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to prioritise one’s own workload.
