Overview

This role values your experience as a Plumber Multi‑Trade, Multi‑Skilled Plumber, Bathroom Fitter, Wet‑Room Fitter, Maintenance Plumber, Multi‑Trade Operative, Kitchen Fitter or similar construction or social housing role.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Fitting and replacing water pumps
• Installing and altering pipework
• Setting out floors for bathroom and kitchen installations
• Bathroom and wet‑room fitting
• Tiling and patch plastering
• Flooring installation and repairs
• General multi‑trade maintenance and snagging works
• Completing repairs within occupied social housing properties
• Delivering high standards of customer service on every job

Qualifications

• Have their own tools
• Have their own suitable transport
• Hold a valid Green CSCS card
• Have relevant experience working as a Plumber Multi‑Trade within social housing
• Be confident completing multi‑trade repairs independently

Pay & Benefits

• £23 per hour
• Fuel allowance provided
• Weekly pay available via CIS or PAYE
