Welder/Fabricator (Workshop/Field based) – £17hr – £25hr + Overtime + Training + Monday‑Friday – Rugby, Warwickshire

Are you a Qualified Welder Fabricator or similar looking for a stable role within a well‑established company offering work‑life balance, a varied split between workshop and field‑based work, and uncapped overtime to significantly increase your earnings?

Since the 2010s, this company has been manufacturing specialist pipework and fabrication solutions across a range of industries, including major infrastructure sectors such as water, gas, and oil.

Responsibilities

• MIG and TIG welding and fabrication using machinery on materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and copper.
• Installing and maintaining pipework systems, railings, and gantries on customer sites.
• Working 50/50 between the workshop and field‑based sites, Monday‑Friday, 8:00am‑4:30pm, with regular overtime available at enhanced rates.

Qualifications

• Qualified Welder/Fabricator.
• NVQ Level 3 in Welding/Fabrication (or equivalent).
• Clean UK driving licence.
• Able to commute to Rugby.
