Production Operative – Manufacturing

Overview

£23000 – £24000 per annum + Shift Allowance + Excellent Benefits. A leading FMCG business in Paddock Wood is hiring.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the timely delivery of high-quality finished products.
• Maintain a high standard of work and follow production of goods and shipping schedules.

Qualifications

• Some previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Training and Hours

• Initial training period of 6 months with hours Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:00pm.
• After training, move to a rotating shift pattern: one week 6:00am–2:00pm and one week 2:00pm–10:00pm.
• A shift allowance is paid on top of basic salary.
