Carpenter
Location: Staines. Full time permanent. Salary up to £37,900 per annum, plus company van and fuel card. Working hours: 42.5 hours per week (8:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday). Company: Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, performs over 35,000 repairs annually, including 2,200 electrical tests, 1,000 voids and fitting 600 kitchens and bathrooms to 23,500 homes.
Day‑to‑Day Duties
- Carrying out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied properties
- Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
- Hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows/doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units, UPVC, etc.
- Providing high levels of customer care at all times
Role Criteria
- Experience in carpentry
- Experience in social housing
- A UK full valid driving licence
