Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Installer based in LONDON. The Installer will be responsible for the precise and efficient installation of home textile products, including curtains, blinds, and related items, ensuring high‑quality craftsmanship. Day‑to‑day tasks include interpreting installation plans, measuring spaces accurately, assembling and installing products, and coordinating with clients to provide excellent service. The role also involves problem‑solving on‑site challenges and ensuring projects are completed according to specifications and timelines.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with home textile products such as curtains and blinds
- Familiarity with installation of curtains rails, poles, motorised curtain tracks and pelmets.
- Proficiency in measuring, assembling, and installing home textile components
- Technical and problem‑solving skills for addressing on‑site installation challenges
- Ability to read and interpret installation plans and project specifications
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail, ensuring high‑quality craftsmanship and precision
- Experience with hand tools and installation equipment
- Flexible mindset and adaptability to different work environments
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; prior experience in the home textile or interior design industry is advantageous
