Plasterer Multi Trader – Social Housing
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer Multi Trader to join a leading Social Housing contractor. This is a permanent role working on reactive maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied and void properties.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, stable employment with a company that offers excellent benefits including a company van and fuel card.
The Role:
- Carrying out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch plastering and making good
- Completing multi trade works such as basic carpentry, tiling, painting & decorating and minor repairs
- Working within social housing properties including tenanted and void homes
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants’ homes
- Updating jobs using a PDA system
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer Multi Trader
- Experience working within Social Housing / Housing Association / Council properties
- NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent (preferred)
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
- Good all-round multi trade skills
