Peat Fire Operator: Night Shifts for Specialty Malt

Soufflet Malt Family of Companies is looking for a Peat Fire Operator based in Inverness. You will be responsible for operating the Peat Fire to create specialty malt and assist with barley drying during harvest.

The role involves shift work, manual handling, and adhering to safety policies, including a zero drug policy. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.

Experience with Fork Lift Trucks is advantageous, and a fundamental understanding of malting is required.
