A well‑established, family‑owned specialist contractor delivering high‑quality solutions to the construction industry across the UK are looking for a Draughtsperson. With a strong order book and a reputation for delivering complex commercial and industrial projects, the business continues to invest in growth and talent.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Preparing full set of drawings
  • Issuing drawings for client approval
  • Producing full manufacture drawings
  • Producing fabrication schedules for the issue to production
  • Cross‑check specification of products to quotation in line with architects and client requirements, inclusive of colours/finishes, fire properties and thermal balance.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a design‑related role
  • AutoCAD experience; Revit experience would be an advantage
  • Experience with building envelope solutions such as cladding, facades, fabrication etc.
  • Must be commutable to Flintshire area
