Current vacancy for a Plumber to join the estates department at a higher education establishment in Shropshire.

This position is available on a full‑time basis and participation in the on‑call rota is essential.

Responsibilities will include both reactive and planned maintenance works across a varied estate. Jobs range from day‑to‑day maintenance to preventive maintenance (PPM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain various mechanical systems including water systems, HVAC, AHU and commercial plumbing.
• Use of power tools and hand tools.
• Use of IT systems; ideally experience with a PDA system.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant experience working on a variety of properties.
• Good IT skills.
• Level 3 qualifications (ideally).
