Warehouse Operative – Barnsley

The Best Connection are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Barnsley.

Our client specialises in washing trays used by supermarkets for display and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Operating tray-washing machinery
• Removing tickets, bands, and debris from trays
• Stacking, packing, and palletising trays
• Using pallet trucks
• Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse environment

Shift patterns

This role operates on rotating shifts:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• 10:00pm – 6:00am (nights)

Weekend work is required, so flexibility is essential. Weekend-only work is also available.

Requirements

• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Willingness to work weekends
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and able to work in a warehouse environment
