Job Title: Press Brake Setter Operator

Are you an experienced Press Brake Setter Operator looking for a rewarding night shift role? A leading precision engineering company based in Telford is seeking a skilled operator to join their dynamic team.

Shift Details

• 4 × 10.5‑hour shifts per week
• Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
• Thursday night shift finishes at 2:00 AM
• Overtime available and encouraged

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery to bend and form metal components
• Work with mild steel, with occasional stainless steel and aluminium
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate bending and forming
• Select appropriate tooling and set machine parameters accordingly
• Carry out in‑process quality checks to ensure components meet required specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

About You

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter Operator
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Experience using CNC press brake machinery
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
