Proactive are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder in Wakefield to start work immediately.

Responsibilities

• TIG welding components to precise specifications
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and fabrication instructions
• Carrying out quality inspections to ensure work meets required standards
• Operating welding equipment and associated tools safely
• Working closely with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines

Personal Skills / Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience is essential
• Ability to work from technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience with fabrication and metal assembly
• A methodical and safety-conscious approach to work
