While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.The Rathbone Fitzrovia is continuing an exciting new phase following the hotels refurbishment and repositioning.We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Assistant Hotel Manager to support the day-to-day operation of our 72-bedroom boutique hotel in the heart of Central London.This role is ideally suited to a strong operational hospitality professional who is ready to take the next step in their career following experience within a Rooms Division Manager or senior operational leadership role.We are seeking someone who leads from the front, remains calm under pressure, and understands the importance of maintaining high operational standards while creating a confident, well-organised and guest-focused team environment.The RoleThe Assistant Hotel Manager will support the overall day-to-day operation of the hotel, working closely with all departments to ensure service standards, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained.This is a highly hands-on operational leadership role with a strong focus on front-of-house and rooms division performance, while also supporting wider hotel operations as required.The successful candidate will be a visible presence within the hotel, leading by example, supporting departmental teams and ensuring the smooth running of the operation across Front of House, Housekeeping, F&B and Reservations.You will work closely with senior management to maintain standards, support team development and contribute to the continued growth and performance of the hotel.
