Wednesday to Sunday Service
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. This is your opportunity to be part of something bigger, delivering food that’s not only delicious, but also nutritious, sustainable, and driven by purpose.
Working pattern:Wednesday to Friday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner serviceSaturday & Sunday: Breakfast and lunch service
What you’ll be doing:Supporting daily kitchen operations with efficiency and professionalismPreparing and presenting high-quality dishes with consistency and flairMaintaining food safety, hygiene, and stock control standardsAssisting with menu planning, specials, and themed eventsEncouraging a positive, respectful, and team-focused kitchen environmentContributing ideas and supporting continuous improvement
What you’ll bring:At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Sous Chef roleStrong culinary skills and a keen eye for detailSolid knowledge of food safety and sustainable practicesA proactive, can-do attitude with strong communication skillsA genuine passion for food and pride in your craft
