  • Select appropriate tooling and machining strategies
  • Work to tight tolerances on complex, precision components
  • Carry out in‑process and final inspection using precision measurement tools
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements
  • Support efficient, reliable production, including automated or lights‑out machining

  • Experience setting and operating machines independently
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Experience machining precision components to tight tolerances
  • Familiarity with materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, or similar alloys
  • Experience with DMG, Matsuura, or Brother machines

  • Background in aerospace, motorsport, or high‑spec manufacturing

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a skilled and supportive engineering team
  • Opportunity to contribute to process improvement and optimisation
  • Clean, modern, and well‑equipped working environment
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Long‑term career progression within a growing organisation
