Welder

Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Camberley, is looking for a Welder/Fabricator.

This is a hands‑on role working with stainless steel housings using TIG and MIG welding techniques. You’ll be involved in fabrication, quality checks, reading engineering drawings, and helping improve manufacturing processes.

Position: Welder

Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, Friday.

Contract: Permanent

Job Description

• TIG & MIG welding stainless steel components
• Fabricating and assembling housings
• Reading engineering drawings
• Carrying out quality checks
• Working safely and keeping the workshop clean and organised
• Supporting continuous improvement projects

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

• Experience in welding/fabrication within an engineering workshop
• Strong TIG welding skills
• Experience of stainless steel TIG welding
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Positive attitude and team‑player mindset
