Job Title: Warehouse Assembly Operative

Location: Bottesford, NG13

Salary: £12.71 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Company:

Our client is a well-established and growing business specialising in the design, supply, and installation of warehouse equipment. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a reliable and hands‑on Warehouse Assembly Operative to join their team.

The Role:

This is a practical, fast‑paced role working within a warehouse environment, assembling a range of equipment to specification. You will be responsible for ensuring all products are built accurately and safely in line with technical drawings and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling warehouse equipment using hand and power tools
• Working from technical drawings and instructions to complete builds accurately
• Ensuring all assembled products meet quality standards
• Carrying out basic inspections and reporting any faults or discrepancies
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Supporting general warehouse duties where required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse assembly, production, or manufacturing role
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Competent in the use of hand and power tools
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• FLT (Forklift Truck) licence preferred but not essential
