Assembly Operative

Opportunity is around the corner! Pertemps Lincoln are currently recruiting Warehouse / Assembly Operatives to join our well-established client based in Gainsborough. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, non-food manufacturing environment offering stable, ongoing work with a great team atmosphere. What will you be doing?

• Operating a variety of production machinery
• Picking components for assembly and equipment builds
• Working to customer specifications and job instructions
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Packing finished goods, including wrapping, labelling and preparing for dispatch
• Supporting dispatch and order-picking departments when required

This is a varied, hands‑on role working as part of a friendly team within a manufacturing (non‑food) environment.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 – 12:30
• Enjoy a long weekend every week!
