Our client is a family‑run M&E contractor delivering projects across the North East of England. Due to growth, they seek a Lead Heating & Ventilation Installer covering Yarm and surrounding areas.

Role

Lead on‑site delivery of mechanical installations, ensuring high standards, safety, and efficiency with minimal supervision.

Key Duties

• Install/repair heating, ventilation & pipework systems
• Work on AHUs, extraction, gas plant & flues
• Fault finding, site checks & reporting
• Ensure H&S and compliance

Requirements

• NVQ/C&G Level 3 (or equivalent)
• 3+ years’ experience
• CSCS & UK driving licence

Package

Up to £42.5k + vehicle, 25 days holiday + BH, pension, training & progression
